Audit4 Version 23.1.0 (21/3/2025)

  • Added public holiday and observance dates lists for 2026

  • Added Health Fund Coverage Level to the Appointment preview pane

• Billing
  • Added support for TYRO Integrated Surcharging. Enable surcharges option added to Billing Home -> Preferences ? General. Surcharges must also be enabled in the TYRO Portal
  • Changed the behaviour of custom billing items drop-down selectors to show all custom items without needing to input a search term
  • Added support for custom Medicare claim response descriptions. Descriptions are configurable in Practice Admin
  • Added Claim action ribbon button to the Service Items page of Patient Billing. Available if a selected claimable service items has a completed invoice but has not been claimed
  • Renamed labels and headings in the Bill dialog to better reflect their intended use
  • Added filters to Claim Overview to hide claims in Paid, Abandoned and/or Processing Report Pending states to help identify claims needing attention. Defaults for these filters can be set in Billing Home -> Preferences ? General
  • Added a checkbox for GST on MBS services performed by Accredited Exercise Psychologists and Exercise Psychologists
  • Added choice between simple or detailed invoice, along with site setting to choose default for printing. Detailed invoice includes additional information such as claims or receipts associated with the invoice
  • Added patient name to Process Payment screen to help avoid receipting mistakes.

  • ePrescribing Conformance to v3.0.1.  Previous versions of Audit4 had v2.2.1 conformance which was due to be phased out by 31/3/2024 but the Australian Digital Health Agency extended the deadline so that software vendors had more time to gain conformance and update their end users.
