Remote Support
Download and run the following S4S Quick Support (TeamViewer) to give an S4S Support officer access to your screen and keyboard. You will need to provide the TeamViewer ID and password that will appear shortly after running the program. Once you have finished you can close the program and the S4S Support officer no longer has access to your computer.
Join a Meeting
Download and run S4S Quick Join (Teamviewer) and you will be able see the screen of the presenter. You will need to enter the Meeting ID provided by the presenter.
