Audit4 Medication Selector
The Medication Selector is exclusively available to Rheumatology PLUS users. (requires Audit4 version 22)
When MIMS provides a long list of medications to cover all of the schemes and indications, finding the best option to prescribe can be challenging. The Audit4 Medication Selector relieves this burden by enabling prescribers to quickly filter the list.
As of Audit4 version 22.1.0, bDMARD and biosimilar medications for rheumatoid arthritis are displayed, and Audit4 version 22.1.8 (released May 14, 2024) extends the feature to include severe psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
The Audit4 New Medication screen includes an extra button called “Selector”
The Medication Selector screen allows prescribers to select a condition and then filter the list of available medications based on:
- A text search field which can return results from any part of the MIMS Product Information
- A qualifier such as pen/syringe or public/private
- The Treatment Phase
- The Authority Type
After finding and selecting the desired medication click OK to proceed to the next step in your regular prescribing process.
